- Performance improvement: Fixed an issue where PostScript jobs were taking a long time to print by reducing the time required to analyze PostScript data by an average of 11% and up to 97%. PC-15486

- Sharp PostScript printer driver: Fixed an issue that caused grayscale conversion to not work properly when “Color Mode” on the Printing Preferences dialog was set to “Color” and ‘Convert to Grayscale’ setting was enabled within PaperCut > Printers > Filter & Restrictions. PC-15722
Copier / Device Integration
- Canon Gen3+ (MEAP) (version 1.0.0)*:
- PaperCut MF now provides a new solution for supported Canon MEAP 3rd generation devices. This solution offers job tracking, secure print release, Integrated Scanning, the ability to allocate accounts, and change print jobs settings at the device. This is now the primary Canon embedded solution.
Note: Existing Canon (MEAP) PaperCut licenses cannot be used for this new solution. A new MEAP licence from Canon will be required. MAC-6211

- The PIN field on the authentication screen now accepts hard key input by default without having to first set focus to this field. PC-11949

- Fixed an issue that occasionally caused the card reader to stop responding to card swipes. MAC-5980
- Improved the resilience of the card reader registration process, which should reduce instances of card readers not responding. MAC-5857
- Konica Minolta (OpenAPI):
- Standard: Restored card self-association workflow with Username and ID login that had been removed in 19.0.4 (Known Issue PC-16368) PC-16368
- i-Option: Users will now by default be blocked from logging into device’s experiencing internal server errors. PC-15723
- Lexmark (eSF):
- Resolved an issue that prevented the “ext-device.lexmark.hold-copies.wait-for-print-held-event” advanced configuration setting from being copied between Lexmark printer-only devices. MAC-6003
- Sharp OSA (HTML Browser n2.0+):
- Integrated scanning: Fixed an issue that caused integrated scanning to be disabled on devices with inconsistent server and device settings. The server requires a standard OSA application to be configured on the device for integrated scanning. The “Address for Application UI” setting for OSA app required the URL hostname or IP address to exactly match the expected value. The improved implementation matches equivalent hostname and IP addresses. MAC-6204
- Fixed an issue that could cause the PaperCut app to crash if a print job was released that had no account set. PC-16497

- Xerox (EIP):
- Fixed a bug that prompted the user to swipe their card again if an incorrect PIN was entered during card-swipe authentication MAC-6216
- Fixed an issue that caused the user to be logged in with the enabled guest credentials if an incorrect card PIN was entered during card-swipe authentication. This bug only affected devices with both card-swipe and guest authentication enabled. MAC-6215
