In a clustered environment the behavior of PaperCut MF on the workstations is identical to that of a non-clustered environment. The one exception however is in terms of configuration - The clients need to be configured to connect to the Virtual Server rather that directly connecting to a node (i.e. network connections need to be made via virtual server's designated IP address). The changes necessary are:
Update User Client's configuration file config.properties
with the Virtual
Server's details as per the section called “Step 9 - Set up the Print Provider layer”.
Ensure that any URL's pointing to PaperCut MF's web administration and user interfaces;
http://[server]:9192/admin
and http://[server]:9192/user
user the virtual server's name. For example, any links on the organization's intranet
site or links supplied to other system administrators.
