Substitution variables/macros
You can use macro substitution variables, such as %user% and %date%, in the following fields:
- scan—Filename
- scan to folder—A folder path
- email—Subject
The following macros are available:

| %user% | The username. |
| %date% | The current date and time. |
| %label% | The name of the scan action. |
| %account% | The selected account. If the account is a personal account, the substitution macro is replaced with personal. |
